Add Manual Section on Upgrading within same Major Version

This is a documentation request to add a manual page regarding "Upgrading within same Major Version".

Currently, on our main "upgrade" page, we have pages listed there for many cases:

Upgrading from MariaDB 10.0 to 10.1
Upgrading from MariaDB 5.5 to MariaDB 10.0
Upgrading from MariaDB Galera Cluster 5.5 to MariaDB Galera Cluster 10.0
Upgrading from MySQL to MariaDB
Upgrading MariaDB on Windows
Upgrading to MariaDB From MySQL 5.0 or Older
Upgrading from MariaDB 10.1 to 10.2

However, there is no page regarding how to upgrade from within the same major release.

In my opinion, this should be be able to be taken from one of the above, say:

https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb/upgrading-from-mariadb-100-to-101/

And just keep the "how to upgrade" section.
