galera library included in tarball linked to wrong version of libssl for EL7

Our Generic Linux tarball for glibc 2.14 includes a galera provider library that links against libssl.so.1.0.0. EL7 now ships with libssl.so.1.0.1e, which cannot satisfy the dependency.

I don't know if there's any easy way to resolve this, but it's an important issue that should be understood, investigated, and at the very least documented.
