Server fails to start on Fedora 24 with SELinux in Enforcing mode

    Description

      If SELinux is set to Enforcing, systemctl start mariadb fails. After setting SELinux mode to Permissive, it works.

      On previous Fedoras (and other RPM-based systems that we have) it works either way.
