      Description

      All Linux Versions and Windows before MariaDB 10.1.4
      select convert('ABCMogę jeśćDEF' using latin1)
      ->'ABCMog? je??DEF'

      On Windows and all Versions starting from 10.1.4
      select convert('ABCMogę jeśćDEF' using latin1)
      --> NULL
