galera shows in download when 10.9-rc selected

I think this is kinda confusing:

Specifically the download galera link looks like it should be related to the preceding text

And I might be confused but I thought this tool also let me pick folders with eg deb/rpm for specific linux distro vers.

Now it just links to the tgz build and that extra galera link which I think lacks some context.
