Auto-pass build properties to install/upgrade scripts

Currently, the properties are passed manually to the scripts. This is a tedious process and often some of them are forgotten. We need to pass the properties automatically.

Use a prefix like ENV_, for all properties that need to be passed to various scripts and pass them automatically.
