Binlog DML recording should be blocked

    Description

      ColumnStore DML is being written into the binlogs as SBR statements. These can get incredibly large quickly for LDI queries.

      We cannot use MariaDB async replication for anything but schema sync so this should be blocked to stop excessive disk usage in the MariaDB datadir.
