1.1.0 rpm packages fail to install perl(DBD::mysql) dep issue

Need make the change the the server dependency list for resolve this problem with it requiring this package.

As shown below, rpm install is requiring this package. But as mentioned before, when you install it it installs mariadb-libs, which breaks our install
