enable possibility to choose version for columnstore cluster manager

Columnstore cluster manager can be downloaded via GUI on Mariadb.com.

You can choose mariadb Version to download,
but you cannoot choose the Columnstore cluster manager,
only the latest can be downloaded.

Yes, a workarround is possible with "show all files",
but a downgrade should be possible
and needed under some circumstances
and the possibiltiy to chooses a proper version should be so easy as possible
