Add a command line parameter for cpimport for specifying date format in source data

    Description

      A customer had date values in the source data in a format other than "yyyy-mm-dd", which is the only supported format for cpimport. We need to add a command line parameter for specifying the date format for date and datetime columns values in the source.

      The command line parameter to use will be determined during implementation.
