Releases 6.1.2 and higher are much slower when responding to CMAPI commands

Build tests: 6.1.2 and higher

CMAPI status command is more than 100 time slow on these newer releases.

Using the same CMAPI 1.5 package, on a 3-node cluster, 6.1.1 responded to CMAPI status command in 0.15 second. 6.1.2 and higher took 30 seconds to respond to the same command.
