update name of infinidb_um_mem_limit variable

A mariadb global /session variable "infinidb_um_mem_limit" exists which allows for specifying a memory limit when a query is switched from um based memory join to disk join. This should be updated to be named columnstore_um_mem_limit and retain the old name for backward compatibility. The new name should be updated in the documentation.
