COUNT DISTINCT should accept multiple columns

    Description

      MariaDB Server allows COUNT(DISTINCT col1,col2...). Columnstore does not support more than one column for COUNT DISTINCT.

      As part of convergence, we need to have COUNT DISTINCT handle multiple columns.
