Columnstore backup/restore on a database basis or database/table basis

Feature request from a customer.

They have a need to backup a certain set of database/tables with Columnstore and put use to start another system.

1. I pointed them to doing the 'select into file' / cpimport method, but they didnt like this because they need to move a large amount of tables.
2. I said they could move the whole set of files then delete the database/tables they didnt want. They didnt like this.

They requested that I open an feature request to have a backup/restore tool that can do by database or table.
