      Description

      Customer was running a Local Query "insert" command on pm3 and DDLProc then WriteEngineServerProcess crashed during the excution of this "insert"

      Code review for the "DDLProc failed on" appears to be a connection error exception which terminates the problem. This should be recoverable, not fatal.
