MCS System is set with ACTIVE Status in a presence of DEGRADED module

MCS System is set with ACTIVE Status in a presence of DEGRADED module

expected :
MCS System is set with ACTIVE Status when all MCS processes are Active

below the mysqld was not started successfully after increasing the disk space of the VM ,
but the System Status is set ACTIVE
