    Description

      Newer versions of cmake (>=3.8) don't support the way CPACK_RPM_<COMPONENT>_USER_FILELIST is currently setup in the engine packaging.

      Need to modify and update this going forward as newer OSs (SLES15) use cmake version 3.10.2
