Error messages are confusing

Config: TX -> MaxScale -> CS

1. Create table in TX named cdc_eli.edk_delta. There are no inserts there.
2. Run

 mxs_adapter -c /etc/Columnstore.xml -u cdcuser -p cdcpassword -h localhost -P 4001 cdc_eli edk_delta

Result:
2018-09-12 12:44:24 [cdc_eli.edk_delta] MaxScale connection could not be created: Request timed out

Expected:
More descriptive message why operation failed. For example: we don't find any activity for this table
