ma_net.c uses ER constants from server and can't provide error messages

ER_NET_ERROR_ON_WRITE
ER_OUT_OF_RESOURCES
ER_NET_UNCOMPRESS_ERROR
ER_NET_PACKET_TOO_LARGE
